Agreement

We, the undersigned, hereby agree to use Archbishop ++Sean Alexander, DD, OSB as your wedding officiant and agree to the terms as set forth here within this Wedding Officiant Contract, effective as of the date of our signing this contract with Archbishop ++Sean Alexander, DD, OSB.

Disclaimer: In the case Archbishop ++Sean Alexander, DD, OSB is unable to perform your ceremony due to illness or he is called away for an emergency or ministry-related issue that cannot be avoided (i.e., he becomes ill, is called away due to a death, or
significant illness, or other such unavoidable situation), a replacement priest of his staff will be provided for your wedding, and your wedding ceremony will be performed in full as prepared by you and Archbishop ++ Sean Alexander.

Archbishop ++Sean Alexander, DD, OSB, his clergy, or any representative of the Archdiocese of the Sacred Heart or Chaplains International, Inc. cannot be held responsible for events beyond their control, acts of God or unseen circumstances.
